Apple iPhone
June 29th, 2007 | Web DesignSo the Apple iPhone is out. I know this doesn’t have much to do with Web Design…shame on me, but any designer can learn from Apple. In anything they do basically from the design of their website to the way they package their products. Even the way they designed their stores make people want to just go in and hang out. Their user interface for the iPhone is also cool and sets a new generation of phones/wireless devices.
I would love to get the iPhone and I thought I wasn’t going to at first just because it might be an overkill for me (I like basic phone), but I think I’ll wait for the next one since the first release “might” be not as good as the next (like my laptop that was the first version I got right when it came out, now this version does not work with the new airport extreme) The iPhone is just so cool though, so I think I’ll just have to get one eventually. Plus I’d have to change to AT&T since that’s the only provider that you can use for now. You can order it online now at the Apple store. $499 will get you the 4GB and $599 will get you the 8GB (Free Shipping too!). Remember that it is also an iPod, so the price isn’t that much if you think about it.

Oh yes and the Apple website has gone black, but so has google. The blackgoogle says “We provide you with a ‘Black Google Search Page’ to REDUCE EYE STRAIN and SAVE ENERGY while conducting Google searches. This search engine is 100% Google, it’s just black. All searches from this portal will take you directly to google.com with a black background.” Though I thought the black version strains my eyes more. For google, I still like the black version. For Apple, I think I’ll like any version they have!!
